Lead electrical delivery for an assigned building, data hall or defined project area, taking ownership of programme, resources, cost follow-up, quality and readiness for commissioning. Connect design, procurement, installation and handover activities into an executable delivery plan. Proposed reporting is to the Project Director or designated electrical project lead; exact team allocation and reporting will be confirmed by CTS before appointment.
Develop and maintain the electrical delivery plan, aligning milestones, procurement dates, subcontractor resources and installation sequencing with the overall project programme.
Coordinate electrical design readiness, technical queries, constructability and approvals with Engineering and the relevant Package Managers.
Lead execution meetings and track workfront readiness, productivity and constraints; implement practical recovery actions and elevate unresolved blockers early.
Coordinate Electrical Package Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers within the assigned scope, maintaining clear responsibilities and delivery commitments.
Follow up budgets, forecasts, quantities and subcontractor progress with Commercial and Project Controls; identify scope changes and support documented change control.
Manage interfaces with other disciplines and the commissioning team, including phased completion, testing readiness, energisation planning and handover requirements.
Drive HSE and QA/QC performance; ensure defects, outstanding works, testing records and as-built documentation are closed in a controlled manner.
Provide concise reporting on progress, risks, cost exposure, resources and decisions required from project leadership.
Proven electrical project management experience on major construction projects, with delivery ownership from planning through installation and handover.
Strong experience in hyperscale data centres or comparable mission-critical, industrial or power infrastructure projects.
Degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, or a relevant technical qualification supported by substantial delivery experience.
Strong understanding of electrical power distribution, high- and low-voltage systems, construction sequencing and commissioning interfaces.
Ability to manage schedules, cost forecasts, subcontractors and changes; confidence using planning and construction management tools.
Fluent written and spoken English, strong leadership and clear communication across technical and commercial teams.
