Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or equivalent (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, design standards, and classification society requirements
• Ability to perform electrical calculations and technical analysis (e.g., FMEA/FMECA)
• Spoken and written fluency in English
• International collaborative working culture

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and optimise electrical systems for new and existing products
• Perform electrical calculations and analyse systems to identify any potential issues or areas for improvements
• Evaluate incoming customer specifications during the bid stage, identifying technical deviations and building accurate tender packages
• Keep engineering outputs aligned with project schedules, budgets, and strict classification society regulations
• Participate in technical risk assessments, root-cause and FMEA/FMECA analysis, and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with and provide technical input to Engineers, Technical Advisors, Product Owners, and Discipline Manager
