Job summary

ODA-Jones Lang LaSalle Services AS in Horten, Vestfold seeks an EHS & Facilities Specialist to own the site’s Environmental, Health & Safety framework, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee waste, cleaning, maintenance, pest control and site security.

The role also coordinates contractor work, manages satellite offices, and enforces consistent EHS standards across locations to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001 as applicable).
• Experience overseeing waste management, cleaning and janitorial services, facility maintenance, pest control, and site security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and own the site’s EHS framework and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee waste handling, sorting, storage, disposal, hazardous waste and recycling.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and manage external cleaning contractors.
• Plan and monitor building and infrastructure maintenance, HVAC, lighting, utilities.
• Coordinate pest control services and monitor activity.
• Oversee site security measures, badge systems and access control.
• Act as point of contact for EHS and facilities for satellite offices.
• Plan, schedule and oversee contractor work for facility services and maintenance.
