Job Description

We are looking for a Domain Architect to play a key role for our strategic End-to-End Orchestration domain.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the architectural roadmap and ensure the alignment of business needs with scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with Digital Workstream Leads, business experts, and IT operations to ensure a seamless transition to the future digital landscape.

You will provide mentorship, and technical governance for a team of dedicated Solution Architects embedded across our strategic enterprise orchestration initiatives.

What is End-to-End Orchestration?

Enterprise Orchestration optimizes WalWil's end-to-end processes across products and between functions. It aggregates data to produce insights, trigger actions, and interact bi-directionally with operational systems. It serves external customers and internal users by eliminating silos and enabling improved, data-driven decision-making across the global operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architectural integrity and set the technical standards for the End-to-End Orchestration domains, ensuring robust governance across all supported workstreams.
• Define technical roadmaps and drive architectural decisions that align with the Digital Workstream goals and enterprise standards.
• Lead and mentor the team of Solution Architects, fostering technical excellence and consistent design practices.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver modern, connected, and performant solutions.
• Ensure governance, performance, and DevSecOps security standards are upheld throughout the domain.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate transformation objectives into scalable, value-driven digital products.
• Identify critical risks and propose innovative mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

What you bring

Technical expertise

• Proven experience designing cloud-based architectures (Azure preferred) at an enterprise scale.
• Deep experience designing complex integration architectures, workflow orchestration engines, data platforms, and API-first, microservices-based solutions.
• Expertise in data platforms, analytics models, and digital twins.
• Ability to translate high-level business needs into detailed technical designs and integration roadmaps.
• Skilled in overseeing integration, data migration, and complex solution delivery.

Domain experience

• Background in Supply Chain Management, logistics, or manufacturing is essential.
• Experience building or integrating solutions around Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, Power Platform, or other major ERP ecosystems.
• Understanding of finance and operations requirements in a global logistics environment.

Leadership & collaboration

• Proven track record of managing and mentoring senior technical staff (Solution Architects).
• Strong communicator and team player who can influence and align diverse stakeholders across international teams.
• Structured, analytical, and pragmatic in approach, able to balance innovation with delivery.

Your background

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
• 7–10+ years’ experience in solution architecture, IT domain leadership, or engineering management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital solutions with measurable business impact.
