Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Director of Professional Services for WordPress VIP based in Norway. This senior leader will shape and scale an enterprise delivery organization, guiding migrations, implementations, and complex engagements for major enterprise customers.

You will own end-to-end delivery and commercial performance—revenue, margin, pricing, and expansion—while building repeatable offerings and a high-automation delivery model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or delivery organizations.
• 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers.
• Proven experience building and managing a services portfolio and pricing.
• Commercial ownership beyond delivery, including revenue impact and margins.
• Strong understanding of AI-augmented delivery models and enabling automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Professional Services organization overseeing migrations, implementations, and custom enterprise engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance including health, timelines, scope, and customer outcomes.
• Develop AI-augmented delivery capabilities to accelerate execution and increase capacity for complex work.
• Define and maintain a portfolio of repeatable, priced, and scalable Professional Services offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management to scope, price, and expand engagements.
