A global technology firm in Trondheim, Norway is seeking a leader for their GPU HW Engineering team. The ideal candidate will orchestrate innovative strategies, oversee multitasking teams, and ensure high-quality execution across projects. A strong background in hardware IP development and team management is essential. The role promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion, while also offering hybrid work options.
This position provides a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the GPU HW leadership team; defining, developing and delivering the future GPU HW roadmap. The role includes responsibility for providing strong leadership to GPU HW Engineering’s multisite teams; encompassing design, verification and implementation skills.
The position will require periodic travel to Arm and customer sites.
