Looking for a place where you can set direction, not just make recommendations? We’re looking for a Digital Strategist / Client Lead to join our Strategy Team and help some of the Nordics’ leading brands improve their business by realizing the full potential of their Adobe Experience Cloud investments.

Your role is to enable clients turn their customer data and marketing ambitions into concrete actions: smarter journeys, more relevant experiences, and measurable business impact. You’ll be the strategic driver who defines the direction, brings clarity, structure and ensure initiatives move from ideas to real outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with data, media, and technology experts across Accrease - but your primary responsibility is to take ownership of your own portfolio of clients as well as projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the driver and strategic partner for your clients — setting the agenda, owning the dialogue and pushing opportunities forward.
  • Spot and shape new commercial opportunities, helping clients grow their capabilities while growing your accounts.
  • Turn ambition into action by building inspiring roadmaps and guiding clients through their transformation journey.
  • Lead conversations that motivate, challenge and inspire — from scoping sessions to workshops and quarterly reviews.
  • Work closely with our experts to bring ideas to life and ensure clients see real progress and tangible results.
  • Take full ownership of your portfolio: create momentum, remove blockers, set direction and deliver strong outcomes.
  • Contribute to building scalable approaches that strengthen our impact across clients and the wider team.
  • Enjoy the freedom to shape your work while being accountable for driving value, growth and long‑term partnerships.
Your Profile
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital strategy, CRM, marketing technology consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Hands‑on or strategic experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions — ideally AJO, CJA, Target and/or RTCDP.
  • A natural commercial mindset — comfortable identifying opportunities, shaping them into clear proposals and driving them forward with clients.
  • Strong understanding of data‑driven marketing, personalization and customer journey activation, and how they translate into business value.
  • Proven ability to own client relationships, build trust, and act as an advisor who creates clarity and momentum.
  • Enjoys working independently with a high degree of responsibility — while collaborating closely with specialists when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian).
  • A proactive, curious and structured approach — able to balance day‑to‑day delivery with long‑term client development.
  • Experience from a consultancy, agency or digital transformation environment is an advantage, especially in roles involving client growth or strategic account development.
