Job description

ABOUT KERV

At Kerv we harness the power of technology for the good of our people, our customers, our society and our planet. Technology is the enabler; impact is how we judge success.

As a certified B Corp and Great Place To Work, we care deeply about how we show up for our people, our customers and the world around us. These aren’t badges for us, they reflect how we work every day and the standards we hold ourselves to.

With more than 900 specialists and over 1,600 technical certifications, we are bringing together expertise across cloud, AI, compliance, data, customer experience and business applications. Working as one connected team, we solve complex challenges and stay accountable from strategy through to delivery, adoption and ongoing improvement.

We help organisations build secure, well governed foundations, leverage more from their technology and unlock new opportunities through innovation and AI. Our focus is on making technology work in the real world and delivering lasting value.

THE ROLE

You’ll be part of the Central Marketing Team. Our Marketing team is responsible for telling the Kerv story and connecting our expertise with the organisations that need it most. Working across all our practices, we create compelling campaigns, build our brand and deliver seamless customer journeys that turn awareness into lasting relationships.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will take ownership of Kerv's social media presence and play a key role in bringing our SEO and CRM content strategies to life. This is a hands‑on role that blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution, from growing our channels and driving qualified traffic to writing content that supports demand generation and nurtures prospects through the funnel. You'll work closely with a Demand Generation Manager and a CRM Specialist, as well as our practice and central teams, to deliver consistent, on‑brand, high‑performing content across every touchpoint.

You’ll also partner with the Head of Corporate Comms, supporting wider copywriting needs across the business including case studies, awards submissions and internal comms, and helping ensure everything we put out is consistent in tone of voice and on brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
  • Own and execute Kerv's social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube and Glassdoor, with scope to expand into new channels as the strategy evolves.
  • Collaborate with practices and other teams to build and maintain a social media content calendar, including brand content and showcase pages.
  • Take full ownership of channel growth, monitoring engagement and optimising performance to build brand visibility.
  • Track social-driven traffic and conversions to the website, reporting on performance monthly with clear, data-led recommendations.
Copywriting
  • Write and optimise website and content copy in line with the SEO strategy set by the Head of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Manager.
  • Apply SEO best practices across all content to improve organic visibility and search performance, ensuring content is both search‑optimised and on‑brand.
  • Partner closely with the Demand Generation Manager and CRM Specialist to write compelling copy for email campaigns, including event invitations, follow‑ups and nurture journeys.
  • Craft messaging that supports the customer journey and drives engagement at each stage of the funnel across different channels.
  • Support internal communications as needed, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging and on brand.
Content & Asset Creation
  • Create supporting assets using existing templates in Canva (no advanced design skills required, but a good eye for on‑brand, polished output is essential).
  • Setup new website pages using existing modules.
  • Ensure all content and assets are consistent with Kerv's branding and visual guidelines.
Reporting & Insights
  • Track and report on key website and social media metrics, including engagement, website traffic and conversions on a monthly basis.
  • Use data and insights to continually refine social strategy and demonstrate impact.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech or professional services industry.
  • Hands‑on experience managing social media channels, including content planning, posting and performance tracking.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to flex tone and style across social, blog, SEO and CRM content.
  • Some understanding of SEO principles and web analytics, and the confidence to apply them in day‑to‑day content writing.
  • Comfortable creating assets using templates (e.g. Canva).
  • Some experience using Excel, PowerPoint and similar tools.
  • Some experience using Wordpress or similar content management tools.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple stakeholders, content types and deadlines at the same time.
