Job summary

Cisco Lysaker near Oslo is seeking a software/DevOps engineer to join the Continuous Delivery team. You will build features in Python and help deploy scalable services used across the product stack.

You will work with Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD), Elastic Stack for monitoring, and contribute to AI tooling to improve developer workflows and automation. A degree and 1–2 years of professional experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of professional software or DevOps experience.
• Experience in Python, including writing clean code, testing, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Build features and maintain functionality by writing software, mainly in Python.
• Develop and support Kubernetes infrastructure using GitOps with ArgoCD and Elastic Stack
• Set up metrics and alarms to keep services healthy and observable
• Improve developer workflows by building AI tooling
• Test and debug, both your own code and the products we sell
