Job summary

H&M Group in Drammen is seeking a Department Manager for a temporary full-time position. You will lead the store department, coach and develop the team, and ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining strong commercial results.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the area team, staying on top of fashion trends, and representing the brand with integrity. The position is based at H&M Alti Gulskogen in Drammen with store opening hours, starting 01.10.2026 and ending 01.10.2027.
