H&M Group in Drammen is seeking a Department Manager for a temporary full-time position. You will lead the store department, coach and develop the team, and ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining strong commercial results.

This is a temporary full‑time position starting from 01.10.2026 - 01.10.2027. The position is based at H&M Alti Gulskogen in Drammen and you should be able to work during store opening hours. Language skills in local language or English is needed.
