Travel to sites across Vestfold and Telemark is required, with rotation schedules such as 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Experience in construction or demolition and a commitment to safety are key.

Urban Reuse Norway is seeking skilled demolition workers for our projects in Vestfold and Telemark. We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, likes taking responsibility, and wants to be part of a team working towards more sustainable building sites.

With us, you won't just be performing traditional demolition tasks. We are also keen to connect with individuals who have experience with—or an interest in—small machinery such as demolition robots (e.g., Brokk), mini-excavators, bobcat or compact loaders.

Work takes place primarily in Vestfold and Telemark, but you must be willing to travel and work elsewhere when required.

Your responsibilities:

• Participate in demolition and dismantling work on building and construction projects
• Perform selective demolition with a focus on reuse and material recycling
• Operate small machinery - such as demolition robots, mini-excavators, or compact loaders - where qualifications and certification allow
• Sort and handle materials safely and efficiently
• Contribute to maintaining order, quality, and safety at the workplace
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and project management

We prefer if you have:

• Experience with demolition work
• Experience from building or construction sites
• Experience with demolition robots (Brokk), mini-excavators, Bobcats, or compact loaders
• Knowledge of or experience with asbestos removal
• Machine operator certification or relevant certificates
• Class B driver's license

Practical information:

The primary place of work will be in Vestfold and Telemark, but work on projects elsewhere in Norway is to be expected.
