• Experience in drilling and well operations.
• Proven background in offshore operations, project management, and client engagement.
• In-depth understanding of the Norwegian and/or UK offshore industries.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

About the Role

As Project Manager for Downhole Broadband Solutions and Wired Drill Pipe (WDP) projects at NOV Digital Services, you will serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring successful execution of operations and fulfilment of contractual deliverables. You will lead both technical and commercial aspects of projects, manage offshore operations, and collaborate with sales and support functions to deliver high‑value solutions powered by real‑time downhole data. This position may require working from client offices as needed.

About the Company

NOV Digital Services is a business group within the NOV Energy Products and Services segment, specializing in drilling automation and optimisation through the use of real‑time downhole data. By deploying Wired Drill Pipe (WDP) technology and Along‑String Measurement (ASM) tools, we enable the transmission of high‑density, low‑latency data from downhole systems to surface teams. This includes key metrics such as temperature, pressure, rotation and vibration data, which contribute to smarter, safer and more efficient drilling operations.
