Job summary

Eurobase People partners with a leading consultancy scaling its Oslo data department. We hire Data Engineers and Data Platform Architects for a hybrid role focused on cloud-native data solutions and AI transformation across industries.

You will design and build modern data platforms on Azure, Databricks and MS Fabric; develop data pipelines and IaC; set up CI/CD, DevOps, and security frameworks; and advise clients, with Norwegian communication essential from day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Data Engineering or Data Architecture.
• Hands-on with Azure, SQL Server, Databricks and/or MS Fabric.
• Solid understanding of DevOps/CI-CD workflows.
• Curious, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
• High-impact, client-facing work from day one.
• Access to cutting-edge tools & frameworks.
• Hybrid flexibility, strong culture, and real influence.
• Relocation from another country is NOT possible for this role.
• Candidates living outside of Norway will NOT be considered.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in Norwegian comfortably and technically.
