Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support a large-scale data centre project. The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical background in building services, commercial construction, or MEP installation.

Experience in data centres is beneficial but not required. You will ensure works meet project specs and client expectations, with strong emphasis on documentation and QA processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in construction, commercial buildings, industrial plants, or MEP contracting preferred.
• Strong candidates transitioning into QA/QC are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret technical documents, drawings, specs, ITPs, RAMS, and method statements.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation such as checklists, inspection records, NCRs, and reports.
• Verify subcontractors follow approved quality procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections of HVAC, electrical, fire systems and related MEP installations.
• Witness and sign off on MEP testing and commissioning activities.
• Identify issues, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with construction managers, commissioning teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Support handover documentation including O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvements and lessons learned.
