Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd. seeks a Site Logistics Supervisor in Skien, Norway, to support one of Norway's largest data centre projects. You will supervise daily logistics, coordinate deliveries and manage site access to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will work closely with the Logistics Manager, construction teams and subcontractors to ensure logistics activities align with the programme and site safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous logistics supervision experience on major construction projects.
• Experience coordinating high volumes of deliveries and vehicles.
• Ability to supervise logistics operatives and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of site safety and traffic-management procedures.
• Norwegian or EU/EEA working rights.

Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day logistics operations across the construction site
• Coordinating deliveries, booking systems and designated time slots
• Managing site access, traffic routes and vehicle movements
• Directing materials to unloading, storage and work areas
• Coordinating logistics operatives, traffic marshals and subcontractors
• Ensuring access roads, walkways, loading areas and emergency routes remain clear
