Job summary

You will perform Remote Hands and Smart Hands tasks, rack installations, cabling management, and on-call support, collaborating with English-speaking teams.

We're looking for a skilled Data Center Technician in Honefoss, Norway to provide on-site technical support at local data center facilities.

• Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)
• Server rack installation and decommissioning
• Cross-connect and patch panel management
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Visual inspections and inventory audits
• Escort and access coordination for client visits
• Emergency response and on-call availability

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards
• Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centers

Nice to Have
