Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs within a data center environment in Norway. You will monitor mechanical and electrical systems, verify UPS and PDU readings, and ensure safe environmental conditions for operations.

The role involves reacting to Building Management System alarms, coordinating with vendors, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining detailed maintenance records following established processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Technical training in a discipline with an apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Effective communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Respond to BMS alarms and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with processes.
• Conduct routine quality checks and maintain maintenance records.
