Flowcase in Oslo is seeking a hands-on Data & BI specialist to drive data-driven decision making across the organisation. You will develop dashboards, improve reporting, and support management with insights, while shaping automation and system integrations.

You will work on HubSpot development, design workflows, improve data quality, and translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with management and teams to streamline processes and empower smarter choices.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience building dashboards and BI reporting for management decision-making.
• Experience with automation and workflow design across business processes.
• Ability to design and implement HubSpot solutions, workflows and reporting.
• Experience integrating multiple systems via APIs and data flows.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve dashboards, reporting and BI solutions to support Management and business decision-making.
• Analyse business data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Establish reliable reporting and data structures across key business areas.
• Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement through data.
• Support Management with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision support.
• Develop and continuously improve HubSpot as a key business platform.
• Design and optimise workflows, processes, automations and reporting within HubSpot.
• Improve data quality, structures and processes across the CRM.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions.
• Identify opportunities to further digitalise and streamline processes across sales, marketing, customer and other business functions.
• Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient processes that could benefit from automation.
• Design and implement automated workflows and solutions across the business.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency through technology.
• Support the organisation in adopting new digital tools and ways of working.
• Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and internal and external software systems.
• Work with APIs, integration platforms and data flows to connect systems and reduce manual data handling.
• Help ensure data is consistent, accessible and reliable across different platforms.
• Collaborate with external software providers and internal stakeholders on system improvements and integrations.
