Job summary

Flowcase AS is seeking a data & BI professional to drive dashboards, reporting, and automation across data, HubSpot, and business processes. The role collaborates with Management to turn data into actionable insights and improve efficiency through automation and integrations.

The position offers broad autonomy to identify opportunities, shape initiatives, and implement data-driven improvements across sales, marketing, and operations in a growing, globally distributed team headquartered in Oslo.

• Experience building dashboards and BI solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfort working across management and teams to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve dashboards, reporting and BI solutions to support Management and business decision-making.
• Analyse business data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Establish reliable reporting and data structures across key business areas.
• Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement through data.
• Support Management with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision support.
• Develop and continuously improve HubSpot as a key business platform.
• Design and optimise workflows, processes, automations and reporting within HubSpot.
• Improve data quality, structures and processes across the CRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into HubSpot solutions.
• Identify opportunities to digitalise and streamline processes across sales, marketing, customer and other business functions.
• Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient processes that could benefit from automation.
• Design and implement automated workflows and solutions across the business.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency through technology.
• Support the organisation in adopting new digital tools and ways of working.
• Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and internal and external software systems.
• Work with APIs, integration platforms and data flows to connect systems and reduce manual data handling.
• Help ensure data is consistent, accessible and reliable across different platforms.
• Collaborate with external software providers and internal stakeholders on system improvements and integrations.
