Job description

We've just rebuilt our data platform from the ground up, and it's what the next generation of personalisation and experimentation across our product will run on. We're looking for a Data Analyst to put it to work: understanding how our customers actually behave, and sharpening every experiment we run.

Every week, the decisions you shape reach tens of thousands of households across Norway, Sweden and Denmark, with Finland joining this autumn. Dinner turns up at their doorstep, people cook, and a good chunk of that depends on data being right.

The role

You'll be embedded in the Customer Experience product team, which owns the logged-in customer experience, working day to day with the product manager, designers and engineers there. You'll also be part of the wider 10-person data discipline, which is where the craft, the shared standards and the support come from.

  • Design and analyse experiments across the logged-in customer experience.
  • Dig into customer behaviour in Mixpanel and our dbt-modelled warehouse, and explain the why behind the numbers rather than only the what.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to turn your findings into decisions instead of slides.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve models so the team can answer its own questions between check-ins.
  • Raise the bar in the data discipline through code reviews and knowledge shares, and let other people raise yours.
Our stack
  • Mixpanel for product analytics and experiment results
  • dbt for data modelling and trusted metrics
  • Databricks as the underlying data platform
  • Power BI for reporting and self-serve dashboards
  • GitHub for version control of your models and queries
  • Claude for AI-assisted analysis and development across the team

You don't need to have used all of these. We'll help you get up to speed.

How we work

We run 7-week "Cook" periods where the team works towards a small number of meaningful objectives, followed by 2-week "Prep" periods for retros, demos, planning and learning. It keeps focus high during Cook and means the thinking time is protected rather than squeezed in around the edges.

AI is embedded across the product and tech department and we back that up with a generous token budget.

The organisation is flat, the data community is supportive, and there's a high level of trust and flexibility in how you run your day.

What we're looking for

You might have worked as a data analyst, product analyst or analytics engineer. The title matters less to us than the skillset and the mindset.

  • Around 2 to 5 years working with data analysis, experimentation or product analytics.
  • Comfortable with SQL, and confident forming a clear view from messy data.
  • Experience designing or analysing A/B tests and turning the results into a recommendation someone can act on.
  • Collaborative by default. You share work early rather than building in isolation, you work well with people outside the data team, and you can give and take feedback.
  • Curious about AI-assisted analysis. If you've already worked with Claude, Codex or Cursor, great.
  • A product mindset. You're curious about customer behaviour and the why, not only the dashboard.
  • Clear communicator in English.

Nice to have experience:

  • dbt, Databricks or Mixpanel specifically.
  • Power BI, or building self-serve analytics in other tools.
  • Working embedded in a cross-functional product team.

If you don't tick every box but the role appeals, apply anyway. We'd rather read your application than guess.

Who is Cheffelo?

Cheffelo is a profitable Scandinavian meal kit company. Since 2006 we've been making it easier for people to eat varied, home-cooked meals without the planning and shopping, and with a lot less food waste than the weekly supermarket shop tends to produce.

We have around 400 employees, run our own production facilities, and build our customer-facing app and internal tools ourselves. We operate under the brands Linas in Sweden, Godtlevert in Norway, and RetNemt in Denmark. In 2025 we turned over SEK 1.2 billion and delivered roughly 17 million meals. We're listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market under CHEF.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, religion, nationality or ethnicity.
