Location and Details

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
EU Passport required
Languages: Norwegian (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Rotational shifts including weekdays and weekends
Relocation support provided if you're moving from abroad

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist with product, account, and service-related inquiries
  • Record and manage customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary according to internal processes
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions
