Hours: Retail hours (weekends included)

Responsibilities

• Book and confirm customers’ appointments via call, message, and email.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and greet customers upon arrival.
• Answer enquiries about treatment services.
• Process transactions and other ad hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written).
• Willing to work retail hours.
• Telemarketing / Customer service-related experience will be an added advantage.
