Established in 2020, Dipai is an innovative Norwegian maritime data analytics company that originated from Ph.D. research at NTNU in Ålesund. Dipai is on a mission to deliver a new data analytics standard in the maritime industry, providing actionable insights for enhanced operational knowledge and improved decision‑making powered by vessel sensor data. With full fleet agreements already in place with industry leaders such as DOF, Solstad, and Sølvtrans, we are looking for a Customer & Product Success Manager to contribute and take part in our journey.
As our Customer & Product Success Manager, you will help shape and scale the Digital Fleet Platform. You’ll strengthen customer relationships, drive fleet‑wide adoption and upselling, and identify opportunities to create even greater value. At the same time, you will own the development and lifecycle of selected product modules by translating customer needs into clear requirements, prioritizing features, and guiding implementation. You’ll also contribute to product strategy, ensure commercial readiness, and represent Dipai at industry events and key sales meetings. Typical responsibilities include:
