EY UK’s Financial Crime & Forensics team is seeking a Crypto Manager to supervise juniors and lead engagements across financial services clients. You will apply crypto knowledge to investigations, risk assessments and regulatory projects, while building vital internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and professional experience of crypto assets.
• Experience of working in the financial services sector.
• Degree in any subject.
• Experience of managing juniors, including coaching of discrete tasks and reviewing outputs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Assertive and confident interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simultaneously handle diverse and pressing assignments and sensitive and adversarial situations.
• Ability to think critically with very good attention to detail.
• Being comfortable working both independently and in a team.

• Supervise and develop junior colleagues, briefing them and reviewing their outputs.
• Lead engagements and ensure deadlines are met to client satisfaction.
