Qualifications

• CMA certification and licensure required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in medication administration.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Record and document medication administration and resident responses.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with nurses to ensure timely and accurate medication management.
• Assist with routine resident care tasks following established protocols.
