Job summary

Norway Center for Health & Rehabilitation, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents. You will assess conditions, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

We offer evening per diem shifts (3pm–11pm) and an RN consultant position for short weekly hours.

Qualifications

  • Valid state RN license required.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
  • Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.

What You’ll Do
  • Evening Per Diem shifts available 3pm - 11pm **
  • Also hiring an RN consultant for Res Care (8 hours per week) / pay is negotiable *

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed

  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed

  • Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Rate of Pay

USD $38.88 - USD $44.50 /Hr.
