Job summary

NOBA Bank Group is seeking a Credit Officer to support the Swedish market from our Fornebu hub. You will assess credit applications, judge creditworthiness and respond to customer inquiries while coordinating with AML and Fraud Prevention teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experience from banking, finance, credit assessment or related field.
• Understanding of credit, lending, interest rates, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Degree in finance, economics or related discipline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess credit applications: loans, credit cards and lines.
• Evaluate customers' creditworthiness using data and judgement.
• Handle customer inquiries related to credit applications across channels.
• Manage payment files.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new colleagues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, AML and Fraud Prevention.
