Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to introduce and promote a range of Credit Insurance products.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team KPIs in sales, quality, and productivity.
  • Engage customers with confidence — handle objections effectively and close sales with persuasive communication.
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering professional service and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present product benefits and tailor solutions to customer needs.
Requirements
