Job summary

Think Lab Digital Solutions is seeking a Creative Designer to own both static design and video content. You will craft social media creatives, banners, and branding assets while editing short-form videos and basic long-form content.

You must maintain visual consistency and collaborate with marketing and content teams across platforms. The role requires proficiency in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator and Premiere Pro, with After Effects a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of design principles and video basics.
• Ability to manage both design and editing tasks efficiently.
• Portfolio with BOTH design and video work (mandatory).
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, banners, and branding assets.
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and basic long-form content.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams.
• Add basic motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
• Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, web).
• Deliver work quickly while maintaining quality.
