Qualifications

• Proven courier or similar logistics experience expected.
• Familiarity with Os, Norway road network and traffic rules.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders for courier services.
• Assign tasks to couriers and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Monitor courier routes and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure packages are labeled and documented for tracking.
• Maintain records of deliveries, payments and expenses.
• Train new couriers on policies, procedures and routes.
• Keep inventory and order supplies as needed.
