As a Courier Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of packages and documents to customers in and around the city of Os, Norway. This is a full-time position that does not come with accommodation. This role is open to both men and women.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from customers for courier services
• Assign tasks to couriers and ensure timely pickup and delivery of packages and documents
• Monitor courier routes and provide updates to customers regarding their deliveries
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure all packages are properly labeled and documented for tracking purposes
• Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, and routes
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and expenses

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
• Proven experience as a courier or in a similar role in the logistics industry
• Familiarity with local roads, addresses, and traffic regulations in Os, Norway
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, couriers, and other team members
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but also function well in a team environment

Salary

This position offers a monthly salary of 1200$.
