Job summary

Scan Granitt AS is recruiting an installer to join our Oslo team. You’ll install stone countertops and take on-site measurements, part of a small team led by a team leader, serving Norway’s kitchen brands.

You will work with a dedicated team, receive a permanent contract with a solid base salary, overtime pay, and bonus opportunities. We provide tools, a company vehicle from our Oslo warehouse, and training at our Sandefjord factory to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

• Experience with kitchen or countertop installation.
• Physically demanding role; good physical condition.
• Hold a Class B driving license.
• Precise and quality-focused.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a day.

Job description

Scan Granitt is growing, and we are looking for a new installer to join our team in Oslo – an established team of three, including a team leader. You’ll be part of a team delivering stone countertops to some of Norway’s largest kitchen brands.

Responsibilities

• The team will install countertops and carry out on-site measurements for customers in and around Oslo – typically 8-12 installations and an equal number of measurements per week. The work is physically demanding, involving lifting and handling heavy slabs. Your team leader plans and assigns the jobs, and you’ll follow up with customers throughout the delivery process, from picking up slabs at the warehouse to final installation.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience in kitchen installation, countertop installation, carpentry, or cabinetmaking
• Is in good physical condition and comfortable with physically demanding work
• Holds a Class B driving license
• Is precise and quality-focused
• Enjoys a varied workday with several things going on at once
• Communicates well with customers, in Norwegian and/or English
• Is comfortable using digital tools for reporting and communication
