About Us

At DNB, Group Risk Management (GRM) serves as an independent second line of defence, ensuring robust risk management across the organization. We report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing insights and advice on financial and operational risks.

The Team

You will join the Section for Operational Risk Tools within the Risk Data & Systems division. Our mission is to enable effective risk management through data and technology. We manage a portfolio of 16 Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) modules supporting non-financial risk processes. Collaboration is key—we work closely with framework owners in GRM, Group Compliance, and Group Finance, as well as technology teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Your Role

As a GRC Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on GRC systems and operational risk tools.
  • Partner with framework owners and technology teams to develop and enhance GRC modules.
  • Translate regulatory requirements and business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Drive integration and automation to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Support the development of a consolidated dashboard across multiple tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within our GRC landscape.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with GRC systems in banking or similar corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Background in system implementation, integration, or process automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
