Salary: £80,000 + Package

We’re currently looking for a contracts manager to work on multiple projects up to £30 million on behalf of a large, successful developer working on various projects around the Reading and Crawley area.

You will be running up to three projects at any one time with each one being over £1 million. With our client offering excellent progression and career development.

The position is permanent and is a newly created role illustrating the growth of the company.

The successful Contracts Manager will be based in London/Surrey and will have experience in the procurement of construction / infrastructure maintenance / soft and hard building services subcontracts and materials.

• The Construction Procurement Manager will be a fully committed team worker who is able to communicate and implement procurement policy and process throughout the organisation.
• Delivery focused, with the ability to organise, take ownership of problems and ensure effective solutions.
