Job summary

NES Fircroft in Norway is seeking a Contracts & Category Professional to own the digital contract portfolio, handling terminations, amendments and renewals, with the ability to automate and streamline processes across Oslo, Stavanger or Trondheim.

You will work on predominantly transactional contracts, collaborating with internal stakeholders and the SCM Digital & Indirect team to drive alignment, value and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contract Portfolio Management: be the single point of contact and manage part of the digital contract portfolio, execute terminations, amendments and renewals.

• Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with governing principles.

Contract period: 07.09.2026 - 01.09.2029

Location: Oslo, Stavanger or Trondheim

Main tasks:

• Contract Portfolio Management: Be the single point of contact for, and manage partsofour digital contract portfolio, execute terminations, amendments and renewals.
• Contracts in scope will be primarily transactional contracts, with an ambition to makethe management of this portfolio automated and more efficient, while at the same timesupporting our stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross functionalteams, business representatives and the SCM Digital & Indirect team tosecure alignment on initiatives and compliance with Company’s governing principles.

• Possess Relevant Experience: You have worked with contracts in Digital Categories.
• Demonstrate Strong Commercial Skills: Your negotiation skills and commercialmindset enables you to secure favourable terms and deliver value to the organisation.
