Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials needed.
• Measure and cut materials to fit specifications.
• Lay bricks or masonry units to create walls, arches, and other structures.
• Mix mortar or grout according to specifications.
• Repair damaged brickwork or other masonry structures.
• Use hand and power tools to shape, cut, and finish materials.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures on construction sites.
