The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 3+ years in construction, knowledge of building codes, and proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design software. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Work closely with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process.
