Job summary

QuantumIT Solutions in Svalbard, Norway is seeking a Contract Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

You will also ensure that permits are obtained, maintain project records, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and ability to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities
