Qualifications

• Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and follow construction plans to meet client specifications.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to drawings or templates.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, trim, etc.
• Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools or power tools.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures.
• Provide recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and quality of work.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
