Location: Bergen, Norway

Salary: 1800$ per month

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials required and the dimensions of the structure or fixture.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges.
• Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools, power tools, or machines.
• Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
• Install structures such as windowsills, doors, cabinets, stairs, or hardware using carpentry tools.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and working with various materials such as wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and machines to cut and shape materials.
• Ability to accurately measure and mark cutting lines.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions.
