Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
• Knowledge of different concrete mixes and their uses.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in concrete work.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up barricades.
• Mix pour and spread concrete using hand or power tools.
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete.
• Use various measuring devices to ensure accurate placement of concrete.
• Create appropriate forms for pouring concrete according to specifications.
• Repair damaged structures by patching or replacing sections of concrete.
• Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site.
