Job summary

EliteService Staffing seeks a skilled Concrete Worker for our Alta, Norway team. You will mix, pour, and finish concrete for various construction projects, ensuring proper forms and alignment. Prior concrete experience is required, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

The role demands reading blueprints, lifting heavy objects, and operating equipment safely. A biometric passport is preferred but not required, and you must be able to work in Alta without accommodations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with concrete in a construction setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
• Biometric passport is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work without accommodation in Alta Norway.

Responsibilities

• Prepare worksites for concrete pouring by setting up forms and ensuring proper alignment.
• Mix concrete according to specifications and pour it into designated areas.
• Smooth and level concrete using hand or power tools.
• Repair any cracks or imperfections in the finished product.
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators bulldozers or concrete pumps as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while handling materials and operating equipment.
