Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting is seeking a Completion Engineer in Stavanger to ensure structured, traceable completion and handover throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate Mechanical Completion, Preservation, Commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance with project standards.

The role emphasizes reducing delays, maintaining data integrity, and supporting timely handover of systems and documentation to operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish fit-for-purpose completion and handover structure in PIMS per project requirements.
• Coordinate Mechanical Completion, Preservation, and Commissioning activities in PIMS CMS.
• Maintain data quality and alignment across engineering, construction, and commissioning disciplines.
• Drive proper scope management and ensure traceability of documents.
• Coordinate handover certificates (RFCC, RFOC) per project requirements.
• Facilitate handover reviews with project teams and contractors.
• Promote collaboration to ensure safe, transparent completion processes.
• Safeguard compliance with Client’s HSE principles and standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes for completion and commissioning.
