Job description

Help scale the next generation of industrial supply chains

Fieldnode is growing, and we are looking for a Commercial & Supply Coordinator to help drive commercial delivery across our global network of customers and manufacturing partners.

You will work at the intersection of customers, technology and manufacturing, coordinating commercial opportunities from RFQ through quotation and order, and supporting an efficient and responsive experience across the network.

This is an early-career opportunity for someone with energy, structure and a practical mindset who enjoys working with people and getting things done.

About Fieldnode

Fieldnode enables industrial companies to move from fragmented spare-parts processes to scalable, digital and resilient supply chains. We work with leading companies across the energy, manufacturing and heavy-industry sectors to reduce downtime, strengthen supply-chain resilience and enable on-demand manufacturing.

Our platform connects asset owners, OEMs, engineering companies and manufacturing partners through one digital ecosystem. Our vision is to simplify industrial supply chains by shipping files, not parts.

The role

As Commercial & Supply Coordinator, you will play a key role in the execution of Fieldnode's delivery models.

You will coordinate the full supply value chain, from pipeline and customer opportunities through RFQs and quotations to order execution and delivery, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery for customers and partners.

As our network and transaction volumes grow, you will help maintain a high level of responsiveness and coordination across customers, manufacturing partners and Fieldnode teams in different countries and time zones.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership. You will have visibility across multiple commercial opportunities and be expected to proactively engage with the right people, follow through on commitments and keep opportunities moving.

You will work closely with Commercial, Customer Success, Operations and our manufacturing partners, giving you broad exposure to both the commercial and operational side of an international industrial technology company.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate RFQs, quotations and orders across Fieldnode’s global supplier network

  • Maintain a clear overview of the commercial and order pipeline, including timelines and next steps

  • Engage proactively with manufacturing partners to support timely and competitive quotations

  • Coordinate effectively between customers, manufacturing partners and internal Fieldnode teams throughout the supply process

  • Support manufacturing partners with the commercial and contextual information needed

  • Ensure strong follow-through on commitments and agreed timelines across the network

  • Support customer-facing proposals, quotations and related commercial activities

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Fieldnode's commercial delivery processes and ways of working

  • Contribute to improving and scaling the commercial processes supporting Fieldnode’s delivery modelss

What we are looking for
You have recently completed a degree in:
  • Industrial Engineering and Management

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Operations Management

  • Business and Technology Management

  • Economics or another closely related field

Previous experience from internships, project roles or other relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.

We are more interested in your drive, potential and willingness to take responsibility than the number of years you have worked.

How you work
We are looking for someone who:
  • Have a high level of drive and energy

  • Take ownership and follow things through to completion

  • Are proactive and comfortable reaching out to people to keep things moving

  • Are persistent when something needs to get done

  • Have a humble, hands-on and low-ego approach

  • Are structured and comfortable managing multiple activities and priorities at the same time

  • Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders

  • Is curious, learns quickly and is ready to grow with the role

An international working environment

Fieldnode works with customers and manufacturing partners across the world.

The position is based in Oslo, but you will regularly interact with people across different countries, cultures and time zones. You should therefore enjoy working internationally and be comfortable with some flexibility in your working day when collaboration across time zones requires it.

Professional fluency in English is required, and Norwegian language skills are strongly preferred.

Why join Fieldnode?
  • Take responsibility early in your career

  • Work directly with customers and manufacturing partners around the world

  • Build hands-on experience across commercial operations, industrial supply chains and digital manufacturing

  • Play an active role in scaling a new model for industrial supply

  • Gain exposure across Commercial, Customer Success, Operations and technology

  • Join a growing technology company where initiative, ownership and getting things done are valued

  • Develop into broader commercial or operational responsibilities as Fieldnode grows

This is a full-time position based in Oslo, suited to an ambitious recent graduate or early-career professional looking for international exposure, meaningful responsibility and room to grow.
