Job summary

Oceaneering Asset Integrity AS seeks a commercially minded operational leader to manage the Crane & Lifting service line, driving profitability, safe delivery, and customer satisfaction. The role involves leadership of projects, securing resources, and strategic business development to expand services and market presence.

The position requires strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams while maintaining a high standard of HSE and quality

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership capabilities.
• Track record of delivering financial and operational results.
• Experience in crane, lifting, energy, offshore, marine, or related industries.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Owns financial performance and profitability of Crane & Lifting service line.
• Leads crane and lifting operations and projects.
• Manages customer relationships, business growth and contract expansions.
• Plans and coordinates resources with Service Excellence for project delivery.
• Ensures HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance in service delivery.
• Leads and develops project managers and operations personnel.
• Contributes to business development, bids, and new service opportunities.
• Upholds company policies and governance standards.
