We are seeking a dedicated and service‑minded Clubhouse / Reception Manager to lead our front‑of‑house operations. This role is central to ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome, clear information, and a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

  • Experienced in hospitality or customer service (management experience is an advantage).
  • Organized and detail‑oriented, able to balance multiple responsibilities.
  • A strong communicator, fluent in English (Norwegian or other languages are a plus).
  • Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in a seasonal, fast‑paced setting.
  • A team leader, with the ability to motivate staff and ensure high service standards.
  • Licensed and confident driving a manual gearbox car.
  • Legally entitled to work and reside in Norway.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences.
Arbeidsoppgaver
  • Managing daily reception operations, including check‑ins, bookings, and guest communication.
  • Supervising and coordinating clubhouse staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Handling reservations for golf, accommodation, and other activities.
  • Coordinating with the Pro Shop, Restaurant, and Grounds teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Providing information about Lofoten Links, the local area, and activities to guests.
  • Assisting with administrative duties including reporting, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality in a dynamic, international environment.
