Assist the Facilities Manager in the management, operations and support for events, functions and activities at the assigned site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support in all aspects and ensure successful implementation of events, functions and activities at the site.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facilities and equipment, and manage the physical security of premises, facilities and rooms.
- Upkeep and ensure that the equipment (e.g. projectors, gymnasium equipment, audio system, etc.) are in working conditions.
- Provide event management support functions, and assist the client to ensure smooth running of events, functions and activities.
- For daily operations, provide services to the staff such as take and process orders for meals, perform cashier duties and handle Point-of-Sale system (POS), serve and distribute food.
- Provide meal delivery services during and after working hours when activated.
- Support in proposing the meals to be ordered from external vendors, assist to manage the orders and manage diet restrictions from orders.
- Check that meals are delivered timely to the designated sites, and in accordance with the orders.
- Perform any event support-related tasks, as required by the company
Qualities we are looking for:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently & a good team player
- Possess Class 3 License
- Prior working experience in hospitality industry (such as club, hotel, etc.) will be an added advantage
