Job summary

TOMRA, a global leader in circular economy technologies, seeks a DevOps Engineer for the RVM Software department in Asker, Norway. You will join five cross-functional teams delivering software for reverse vending machines, spanning OS-level to computer vision and cloud components.

You will enhance automation, CI/CD pipelines, Docker images, and cloud tooling while improving developer experience. Strong scripting, Linux, and collaboration skills are valued; English fluency is required and

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc or equivalent in software; relevant experience may compensate.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• Experience with Linux.
• Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure or Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Improve automated workflows with a focus on robustness, predictability and efficiency.
• Maintain and improve our docker images.
• Upgrade, maintain and review relevant tools and tool integrations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot our development environments and CI infrastructure.
