Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring optimized care for behavioral health patients in the Emergency Department, promoting and adhering to policies, procedures and evidence based practices.
• They are also responsible for streamlining the process of admission to the BHU of patients both from within HMNH Emergency Department and from other sources.
