Job summary

Eightcap is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention within its trading platform team in London. You will manage the end-to-end Retail journey, from onboarding to active traders, while delivering exceptional service and platform guidance.

You will stay current with financial markets and CFD/Spread Betting trends, building trust with clients and ensuring accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 1 year of experience in a B2C sales role in financial services.
Professional fluency in English.
Solid understanding of financial markets and the Spread Betting/CFD industry.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from first application to active trader, guiding onboarding with clarity and confidence.
Build relationships with Retail clients, providing first-class support and platform guidance.
Stay informed on financial markets trends and the CFD/FX landscape to communicate confidently with clients.
Champion client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and ensuring every client is satisfied.
Maintain accurate client interactions in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with Compliance on regulatory obligations.
